Other Pujas Celebrated at Our Temple Premises

Apart from our grand celebrations of Durga Puja and Kali Puja, the Bengal Association Nerul also observes several other pujas at our temple premises. These occasions are marked by devotion, tradition, and community bonding.

✨ Lakshmi Puja ✨

Dedicated to Maa Lakshmi, this puja invokes blessings of prosperity, peace, and happiness. The temple is beautifully decorated, with lamps and offerings of sweets and flowers placed before the Goddess.

🎶 Saraswati Puja 🎶

Observed in honour of Goddess Saraswati, the embodiment of wisdom and the arts. Students and children place their books and instruments before the Goddess, seeking blessings for knowledge, learning, and inspiration.

🌿 Nil Shashti 🌿

A traditional puja where women pray for the well-being, happiness, and longevity of their children. It reflects the nurturing traditions deeply rooted in Bengali culture.

🍚 Annakut Puja 🍚

Celebrated with devotion and gratitude, devotees prepare and offer a wide variety of dishes to the deities. This “mountain of food” offering symbolizes abundance and is shared as prasad, fostering unity among all.

🙏 Nitya Puja with Bhog 🙏

Performed daily at the temple, this puja keeps alive the spiritual rhythm of the premises. The offering of Bhog each day allows devotees to feel a constant divine connection.

🕉️ Maha Shivaratri 🕉️

The sacred night dedicated to Lord Shiva. Devotees observe fasting, offer bel leaves, milk, and dhatura to the Shiva Lingam, and chant “Om Namah Shivaya” through the night, seeking strength, peace, and spiritual upliftment.

🎉 Janmashtami 🎉

Celebrated with joy and devotion, Janmashtami marks the birth of Lord Krishna. The temple is filled with devotional songs, bhajans, and readings from the Bhagavad Gita. A midnight celebration with chanting, fasting, and prasad distribution brings together devotees in a spirit of festivity and faith.

✨ Nitya Puja with Bhog ✨

Every day at the temple, Nitya Puja is performed with dedication, followed by the offering of Bhog to the deity. This daily worship sustains the spiritual rhythm of the temple and provides devotees with an opportunity to connect with the divine in a serene and devotional atmosphere.

At a nominal cost you can book a Nitya Puja in your name and can collect the Bhog Prasad in the afternoon of the day for which the Puja is booked
